How we handle personal data.
This policy covers the website, booking, contracts and the staff portal — including the iOS app. We do not sell personal data.

Who is responsible
A.D PRODUCTION, CVR 39284618, is the data controller. We do not have a separate DPO. Write to adproductiondk@gmail.com to use your rights or ask about the processing.
What this covers
It covers adproductiondk.dk, portal.adproductiondk.dk and the A.D PRODUCTION iOS app. The app is a work tool for the crew. Customers book and sign through the website and portal — not as App Store users.
Website visitors
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights so we can see which pages work and where the site is slow. That uses cookies and similar technology in the browser. We do not use it for ads, and we do not sell the data to other advertisers.
When you book or write
We store what you give us: name, e-mail, phone, address, date, venue, package and what you write about the day. If you sign a contract, we store the signature, the contract and the details in it. Payment and invoices run through our bookkeeping (Dinero). We need this to enter into and fulfil the agreement, and to meet Danish bookkeeping law.
Staff portal and app
If you have a crew or admin login, we store the account: name, login, e-mail or phone, language, a profile photo if you add one, assignments, the rates and payouts we record by hand, and your notification choices.
The iOS app asks for the camera and photo library only for a profile photo. You can use the app without adding a photo. If you allow notifications, we store a device token with Apple so we can send assignment alerts. The token is removed when you sign out, or when the device replaces it.
We do not store civil registration numbers, bank account numbers or payroll files. The app has no ads and does not track you across other companies’ apps.
Who helps us
We use processors to run the systems. They only handle data on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosting the website and portal
- Google — website statistics
- Supabase (EU, Ireland) — portal database and login
- Resend — e-mail from the portal
- GatewayAPI — SMS for invites and the signing code
- Apple — push to the iOS app
- Dinero — invoices and bookkeeping
- FlareTech — technical operation of the portal
How long we keep it
Unanswered enquiries are deleted when they are no longer relevant — typically within a year. Contracts, signatures and invoices are kept for as long as bookkeeping law requires, in practice five years. Film and photographs are kept so we can deliver what was agreed, and then as agreed. Staff accounts remain while you are part of the crew, and for as long as we need to document jobs and payouts.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of the data we hold about you, and you can object where we rely on legitimate interest. Write to adproductiondk@gmail.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe we are not following the rules.
Changes
If we change the processing in a material way, we update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
