Custom is not a hidden fourth package with more things in it. It is the path when the list does not fit: more days, more locations, events, drone, a series over months, or something you cannot name yet.

When you choose it
When Video production, Campaign film or Product photography cuts something you actually need. When the job is an event, a conference, a property, a drone, or three cities in a week.
When you do not know if it is film, photography or both. Then we start with the conversation, not with a package.
What we need from you
A date or a window, a place, what you show, and where the files will live afterwards. If you have references, send them. If you do not, say who you are and who should see it.
We only ask what changes crew, time and delivery. The rest can wait for the meeting.
What happens next
You get a reply with scope, crew and time. If it looks like one of the three packages, we say so. If it does not, we build the job. You book once you have seen the plan.
The same crew as on the other packages. The same equipment. The same rule: we do not send a price before we have understood the job.
Is it more expensive?
It depends on the scope. We do not add a fee because you wrote here. You pay for the days and the delivery, as on the other jobs.
Can we start with a package and add to it?
Yes. Many do. Book the package that is closest, and write the extra in the note. We correct the plan before the contract.
How quickly do you reply?
Once the message has been read. You hear from us before we ask for more. If the date is close, put that first in the mail.
