- Where do I find the code?
- From the hosts or the studio. If you did not get it, ask the people who invited you.
- The code does not work.
- Check that it has six characters. Capital and small letters are the same, and spaces and dashes do not count. If it still fails, ask the hosts.
- There is no sound.
- The browser sometimes starts the picture without sound. Tap Turn sound on in the player, and check that your phone is not on silent.
- The picture stutters.
- Try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, or refresh the page. Your seat is held, so you come straight back.
- Can I watch it on a TV?
- On iPhone, iPad and Mac in Safari you can send the picture to an Apple TV or a TV with AirPlay built in, with the AirPlay button in the player.
- Can I watch it afterwards?
- Not here. The recording goes to the hosts, if they asked for it.
